Expats happy for a Biden/Harris partnership

AMERICAN expats living in South Africa watched with bated breath as Joe Biden took a narrow lead over President Donald Trump in the battleground states of Georgia and Pennsylvania last night.

The dramatic shift in vote-counting edged Biden closer to the Oval Office in a nail-biting contest as a handful of undecided states continue to count votes. Biden was set to address the American people in the early hours of this morning.
