250ml sunflower oil
1kg bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks, skin removed
2 ripe tomatoes
1 tsp each coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds, crushed
1 tsp nigella seeds
½ tbsp grated ginger
½ tbsp grated garlic
2 long red chillies, thinly sliced
130g natural yogurt
