‘Wicked problem’ adds to prisons’ challenge – DCS

OvERCROWDING is a global phenomenon which may undermine efforts by any correctional system to impart change in the lives of offenders, said Department of Correctional Services (DCS) national spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo.
