1 Primal living

Trends analysis agency Stylus has named primal living, particularly spending more time in nature, as one of its top 2021 trends. This doesn’t surprise primal health coach, Charlène Gisèle (charlenegisele.com) who tells us that our experiences of lockdown over the past year have taught us how much we need time outside. She suggests the following three tips to tap into the trend:

• Seize any opportunity to spend time in nature and breathe outdoor air.

• If possible, take your shoes off to ground yourself.

• Move your body as frequently as possible.
