RE: DAR’s Marine 30x30 Plan An Alternative Option

I retired from DAR in 2013 and still have an interest in sustainable fishery management. DAR’s Marine 30x30 plan, still not completed, suggests a fishery management that focuses on area utilization. I would like to suggest an alternative option.
