Choc Berry Bliss Ice-Cream Bombe

Serves 10-12, Prep: 20 mins

400g chocolate sponge roll, cut into 1cm-thick slices
1½ cups frozen raspberries, just thawed
2 tblsps icing sugar mixture
2 litres vanilla ice-cream

1 Line a pudding steamer (8-cup capacity) with a double layer of plastic wrap, extending wrap 12cm over edge.
