    Heading off to our wedding reception in a horse-driven carriage, I kissed my new husband. It was July 2012, and our big day had been everything I’d dreamt it would be.

    A church wedding with 300 guests, and my handsome husband Josh, then 32, by my side.

    Newly married, our thoughts soon turned to children.

    ‘How many kids do you think we’ll have?’ I asked Josh one night while we watched TV on the sofa.

    ‘Hmm… Minimum two, maximum four!’ Josh said enthusiastically.
