Minister’s Covid-19 death unites friends, rivals in tribute

THE death of Jackson Mphikwa Mthembu, minister in the office of the presidency, has been met with sorrow across the country.

Tributes have come from across the political spectrum for the country’s first government minister to succumb to Covid-19. He was 62.
