MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

■ ⅜ yard each of five prints in medium red tone on tone, tangerine tone on tone, yellow marble, dark red marble, and purple with stripes for flower tops
■ ¾ yard green tone on tone for leaves
■ ½ yard walnut brown/green tone on tone for flower base and stem
■ 4 yards cream tone on tone for background, inner and outer borders
■ 1⅝ yards golden tan print for middle border, HST corner squares, and binding
■ 5 yards fabric of choice for backing

CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS

From each of the five prints for flowers, cut:

• 1 – 2⅞" x WOF strip, then sub-cut into: 4 – 2⅞" squares for a total of 40 for HST units

• 2 – 2½ " x WOF strips, then sub-cut them into: 4 – 2½" x 6½" rectangles for a total of 20 for flower middle

12 – 1½" x 2½" rectangles for a total 60 for Flying Geese units

• 2 – 1½" x WOF strips, then su b-cut them into: 24 – 1½" squares for a total of 120 for Flying Geese units

4 – 1½" x 6½" strips
