‘We mums must lay down a few commandments’
Low self-esteem is hereditary – you get it from your kids. Mothers are well aware that on the family’s priority scale we rank below cat, dog – even the goldfish. It’s astounding that the Missing Persons Bureau isn’t inundated by mums searching for the people they were BC – Before Childbirth. Basically, our progeny just see us as unpaid cooks, house cleaners
