There’s no denying it; there are many mental health problems coming our way, thanks to the pandemic. A whole society plunged into medical, educational and economic uncertainty, with everyone often avoiding each other, often being unable to leave their homes, for months on end. With all that, and much more, affecting so many people, how could we not have some serious mental health problems, even after this pandemic is over?
