A MAN of MANY TALENTS

I was born in Turkey in 1969 and during my childhood, I wasn’t particularly good at sports. When I was 12, I was a swimmer for a while but I soon quit so I guess that doesn’t count. We had our own family business back home in Turkey. I moved to the USA in 1998 at the age of 29. As soon as I moved to the USA, I started my own business and I established a company. I was working very hard and travelling all around the USA. Over time I realised I was gaining weight due to my bad habits of overindulging in junk food and living an unhealthy lifestyle. Between the ages of 30 and 40, I was overweight and had high cholesterol issues and I started to feel unwell because of being overweight.
