The job description isn’t clear, but it is likely the royals want someone to help them navigate their way out of the racial turmoil they landed in after the couple revealed that racism drove them away from Britain.

A diversity czar isn’t necessarily a bad idea for any firm, whether it’s headed by a queen or a CEO. A diversity director can be helpful when no one in management understands the value of an institution that is inclusive and open to divergent ideas.
