Triple meat and Cheddar breakfast quiche

This is the ultimate quiche for meat-lovers! It’s filled with sausage, bacon and ham – the trinity of breakfast meats – and mixed with eggs and milk for a fluffy and hearty (but not too heavy) meal. The flaky pie crust gives this dish amazing texture.

Makes 1 quiche  Ready in 1 hr 30 mins

for the filling:

4 slices of streaky bacon
2 pork sausages
6 eggs, well beaten
125ml full-fat milk
¼ tsp salt
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
60g chopped lean ham
2 large spring onions, sliced
90g Cheddar cheese, grated

for the pie crust dough:

130g plain flour
½ tsp salt
60ml olive oil

you will need:

a 23cm tart pan, lightly greased

1 Heat the oven to 220C/Gas 7.

To make the pie crust dough, put the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and stir with a fork
