    1 tblsp olive oil1 large onion, finely chopped3 cloves garlic, crushed1 medium eggplant (350g), trimmed, chopped2 medium zucchini (300g), trimmed, chopped1 tsp dried chilli flakes 1 tsp dried oregano leaves700g jar tomato2 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes in juice2 tblsps drained baby capers1 cup fresh basil leaves
