But, this plant-based version, wrapped in golden pastry and with a caramelised filling, elevates the concept to something even better – and that’s despite the absence of sausage. Harissa gives these a delicious spice, that, when combined with the sweet potatoes and fragrant coriander, makes the rolls incredibly moreish.’
