I practise for four or five hours a day and I’ve used the extra time I’ve had over the last year to learn a lot of solo repertoire just for fun, like Chopin ballades and Ravel’s Jeux d’eau. I’ve also been learning online about Dorothy Taubman’s piano technique, which puts less stress on the fingers and focuses instead on fingers, hand and arm as all being one unit. It really has transformed my playing and my enjoyment of it.
