DAVE CROWDEN

THE much-loved horseman, musician and grandfather died on 3 June from acute myeloid leukaemia, aged 75.

In 1974, Mr Crowden met Lynne Johns, and the couple married in 1977. He supported Lynne as she founded Woodlander Stud in 1993 and he became well known and loved across the breeding industry.

Mr Crowden had a love of hunting, team chasing and racing. He hunted with the Pytchley and later the Golden Valley, and competed in team chasing
