Digital adoption delays jeopardise B2B sales targets

The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated technological changes in businesses, shifting most knowledge workers into remote working, but in many cases, adoption of technology tools to support sales has remained slow, and in many cases, poor.

This is according to the inaugural 2021 ThinkSales State of B2B Sales in South Africa Survey, which addresses the negative impacts of Covid-19 on business-to-business (B2B) sales revenue, and has highlighted how sales is lagging in terms of online strategies.

There is a high dependency on Sales Teams for revenue
