About a month prior to my shoot, I joined my gym (F45 Fitness) 30-day challenge. My gym has been a big encouragement and has helped me enjoy staying in shape. I’m not much for working out but belonging to this particular community makes it fun. Before the shoot I did a juice cleanse for 3 days; juicing is an amazing way to slim down. Along with being health-conscious, I take great pride in looking my best at all times, but for this shoot everything had to be perfect. Thank God my shoot was in LA
