Forage to FEAST

The past 20 years have seen a huge growth of interest in wild food, with increasing numbers of people coming to realise the importance of eating local, sustainable and seasonal fare. The Covid-19 pandemic also sparked a surge in foraging, as many of us looked for new ways to cope with lockdown.
