1/3 cup (80ml) water, plus
½ cup (125ml) extra
1½ cups (330g) caster sugar
1 cup (350g) glucose syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (120g) icing sugar
½ cup (75g) cornflour
1 Grease a 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper. Lightly coat baking paper
