TENSION
15 sts and 14 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) in Mosaic Stitch Pattern using 4mm hook or size needed to obtain tension
ABBREVIATIONS
mtr (mosaic treble) Work a tr st in the corresponding st 2 rows below (see notes at beg of Stitch Patt)
v-mtr (v-mosaic treble) mtr in mtr 2 rows down, dcbl in dc of prev row, mtr in same st as prev mtr 2 rows down
fdc (foundation double crochet) Ch2, insert hook in second ch from hook, *yrh and pull up loop, ch1 (sits at base of st), yrh and pull through 2 loops, insert hook in ch-1 at base of prev st and rep from * as required
