DETECTING UAPs

he search for UAPs – whatever they may be – has now begun in earnest. Professor Avi Loeb, who claims the interstellar object ‘Oumuamua is a craft built by aliens (see ) has announced the setting up of Project Galileo. It is intended to take seriously the existence of Extraterrestrial Technological Civilisations (ETCs) and to drag the study of UAPs from the anecdotal “to the mainstream of transparent, validated and systematic scientific research” using a network of high-resolution telescopes accompanied by cameras and detection arrays.
