CREME CARAMEL
Light and lovely, it’s surprisingly easy to make at home.
PER SERVING 280 cals, 8.5g fat, 4.5g sat fat, 41.5g carbs
SERVES 8
For the crème caramel:
✣90g (3oz) caster sugar
✣25g (¾oz) cornflour
✣400ml (13fl oz) whole milk
✣397g can of sweetened condensed milk
✣Grated zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
✣ 4 eggs
✣ Edible flowers
You will also need:
✣20cm (8in) shallow baking dish or 8 × 8cm (3¼in) pudding moulds
