Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album, John Lennon and Paul McCartney crafted songs about the parts of Liverpool that left an indelible mark on them. More than 50 years later many thousands of Fab Four devotees traverse that lane every year searching for the barber showing photographs of every head he’s had the pleasure to know.
