2 cups crushed salted butter crackers (about 60 crackers)
1½ (1.6-ounce) sticks Chick-O-Stick candies, finely ground (about ½ cup)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
Sweetened whipped cream, to serve
Garnish: crushed Chick-O-Stick
