I LOVE… LOOKING BACK

WHERE DID THE TIME GO? I’m amazed, and very thankful, that I’ve been writing for delicious. for 20 years. It’s been an incredible experience that’s been central to my last two decades: Being a food writer for delicious is who I am; it’s what I do.

This magazine, and it’s wonderfully engaged readers like you, have been my safe haven, and I’m still proud to call this magazine home. That’s because the passion is still the same but the future keeps getting brighter, driven by people. 20 years ago, the magazine was at the forefront of Australia’s foodie revolution, which would pioneer a more casual, proudly Australian, democratisation of cooking and eating out.
