Cover Story — Steve Braunias.
It’s not yet clear whether the attentions of Steve Braunias will see a revival of interest in the musical stylings of the likes of Reg and Marion or The Pink Family, whose recorded oeuvre is paid tribute in Cover Story. However, Braunias’s affectionate annotation of some 100 LP covers, retrieved from the op shops of the nation, will at least serve to remind us what used to pass for entertainment in these islands.
