The pandemic has resulted in more businesses operating from home. Although most are still required to be at their desk during the same hours, there are now many of us who are able to fit training in during daylight hours. So this is a topic worthwhile addressing more than ever before.

Could training at a particular time of day potentially yield bigger improvements and better performance?

The more we train at a particular time of day, the more the body develops efficiency in that environment.
