It is better to make smaller pancakes as this recipe does not contain any eggs or gluten to bind the pancakes, so they can break easily.

Fat 40g Carbs 18g Protein 11g

160g almond flour
30ml erythritol pinch of salt
10ml baking powder
7.5ml cinnamon
250ml almond milk
30ml ground flax seeds, mixed with 45ml water
60ml coconut oil, melted

TO SERVE:

250ml coconut yoghurt
100g mixed fresh berries

1. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
