    Wellington City may be known for all things plain and boring, like politics and environmentally friendly econoboxes, but on Friday, 5 November Union Car Club fixed all that. The club’s annual Roll the Boulevard cruise has gained momentum over the years and this year, its fifth, was without a doubt the biggest and best yet.
