Every day, our heads are full of chatter. Whether we’re taking the kids to school, catching the bus to work, or doing the washing up, we’re thinking, ‘I’m looking forward to tonight,’ ‘I mustn’t forget to buy such and such,’ or ‘I’m not sure I can do this’.
