More than one in three frontline workers say their willingness to provide feedback on safety is impacted by a belief that “nothing will be done”, according to a recent survey.

Prepared by safety incident reporting software developer Safety Culture and survey group YouGov, the Feedback from the Field report surveyed 1,950 frontline workers, 554 of whom were Australian.
