Can I protect my home for my sons?

Q I am 90 years old and In reasonably good health for my age, but have arthritis In my hands. My Income from bonds, pension funds and State pension is about £18,000 after tax. I have made a Will and my two sons are the main beneficiaries.

I have a bungalow, which has recently been valued at £220,000, which I am prepared to hand over to my two sons now. Is there any legal way I can protect the bungalow for my two sons should I ever go into a home?
