Garden PARTY

Spanish gin & tonic

PREPARATION TIME 5 MINS SERVES 4

1 cup dry gin
2 cups chilled tonic water
Ice cubes
Lemon, lime, orange and/or grapefruit slices, wedges or twists
Fresh herbs such as mint, basil, sage, thyme, lemon thyme, fennel, tarragon, lemon verbena, dill and/or lavender or edible flowers
Spices such as peppercorns, juniper berries, star anise or fennel seeds Lebanese cucumber, sliced

1 For each cocktail, combine ¼ cup gin and ½ cup tonic in a glass of ice. Garnish with citrus, herbs, spices and cucumber. Stir gently. Serve.
