SCULPT STRONG GLUTES

Did you know that there’s more to strong glutes than a great looking butt? Your glutes are a huge muscle group that deserve some attention. Why? Because dedicating some time to training them will have a positive impact on your posture, strength and power, plus decrease the chance of you getting lower back pain or knee issues.

Enter our butt-building workout. This training session is designed to target the glute muscles, part of what is known as the ‘posterior chain’ group. The posterior chain group also includes the hamstrings and back muscles, and many of these exercises will help improve strength throughout the entire area.
