MY BEST MATE WAS A SERIAL KILLER!

Kevin Elliott refused to believe his “mild-mannered” friend was a cold-blooded killer. The former electrician still shakes his head in disbelief to think that he actually defended his best mate after he was arrested for attacking a young woman.

Kevin, now 70, even took his two young daughters to visit “Uncle Pete” in jail in the 1970s. His late wife, Sheila, also believed Peter was innocent.

“He was a good. “He was popular at work. He never swore or said anything nasty about anyone. He had a fiancee. We were really good mates.”
