How to create a healthy meal plan

No matter what you eat, it is important that you eat a well-balanced diet. Understanding how to do this is important to ensure good health. So, what should we include to ensure our healthy plant-based diet has no nutritional gaps? We should consider:
• The four vegan food groups• Supplementation• Including healthy fats• Including• Including plant-based protein• Avoiding too much salty, sugary, processed, and packaged foods• Eating a variety of different plants (30 per week)• Eating the rainbow when comes to fruits and vegetables• Not restricting calories too much (eat when hungry and stop when full)• Avoiding calorie laden drinks (soft drinks, sugar sweetened teas, coffees etc.)
