Healing the world with veganism

Meeting Paul Kerton, founder of the Hench Herbivore YouTube channel can only be described as living proof of the social penetration theory and the fact that an onion is most commonly used to explain the theory, seems beautifully just, for this extraordinary plant-based mover and shaker. Bullied as a youngster he struggled with social anxiety in his earlier years and sought refuge in multiple toxic substances, before finally finding his foothold with plant-based living. I sat down with him to find out more.
