Bond eyed the white dust sheet covering Q’s workbench. What gadget had they come up with this time, he wondered – one of those exploding pens, a miniaturised bugging device, or perhaps something containing yet another laser? Q seemed rather fond of those.

“We’re really quite proud of this,” Q beamed. “It’s been tested extensively and should be just the job.”
