Named after Filipino-Chinese businessman Don Román is now one of the busiest spots in Binondo, Manila. Located in the oldest Chinatown in the world, the street is lined with restaurants that serve some of the most authentic Chinese fare in the metro, blinding jewellery shops and old buildings that give a glimpse of centuries-old Chinese culture, heritage and commerce in the Philippines.
