BAPTISM RECORD

The Anglo-Italian Family History Society was created in 2002 to help family historians whose relations migrated to the UK from Italy. Its website contains useful advice, links and a wide range of resources, although some of them are restricted to the society’s members (annual membership costs £6). This includes a database containing transcriptions from censuses and baptism, birth, death, marriage and occupational records. Here we found various life events for Maria’s family, including a transcription of the record of her baptism on 3 November 1889, which took place six weeks after her birth.
