On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, pulpy cassis, small notes of small fresh blue berries associated with touches of cornflower, violet, a racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg, a hint of caramelization and a discreet hint of vanilla. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet hint of hazelnut on the persistence.
