Goodbye Defender
must start with sombre news: we have sold our Defender. We just about doubled what we paid for it seven years ago but it remains a bitter-sweet feeling. This morning I took our new car on its maiden voyage and was reminded that people love to cut in front of you when you’re not at the wheel of a mighty Defender.
