It isn’t difficult to find The Plantsman’s Preference nursery in the relatively flat landscape of the Norfolk countryside. The nursery, on the edge of the snug village of South Lopham, sits just across the road from the 12th-century church of St Andrew’s, a stately local landmark with an impressively tall tower that can be seen for miles around.
