HOW TO RESOLVE A DISPUTE OVER BUILDING WORKS

Building disputes are a global issue and closer to home we’ve seen an increase in disputes around building safety, such as the well-publicised cladding issues in high-rise buildings, according to a recent report from Arcadis. On the plus side, disputes are being resolved quicker with the increased take-up of the fast-track process called adjudication.
