CHEF TRACEY MEDEIROS’ PASSION FOR FOOD LED HER TO AN EDUCATION IN CULINARY arts, which introduced her to the sustainable living movement, then gave her a seat at the farm-to-table movement, until she was called to become an advocate for those cooking with cannabis which led her to pen The Art of Cooking with Cannabis: CBD and THC-Infused Recipes from Across America, a compilation of recipes and personal stories from the US and Canada.
