GRADING THE 2022 DRAFT CLASS

Last year, we asked major league scouting directors to grade the draft class on a 20-80 scouting scale. We liked the idea so much that we’re bringing it back for 2022.

Every year, we discuss the various strengths and weaknesses of the class and compare one group to an “average” draft year. So we decided to take the next step and quantify those experts’ evaluations and compare draft classes year-over-year to get more of a bird’s eye view.
