Stacey Morrison on curating and celebrating stories of Māori excellence.

As well as co-hosting her afternoon radio show on The Hits, Stacey Morrison has found time in recent years to co-write Māori at Home with her husband Scotty, and to author the children’s book My First Words in Māori. Now, with co-writer Jeremy Sherlock and 12 illustrators, she has produced a book of aspirational stories for young New Zealanders, which salutes heroic Māori men, women, trans people, and one demi-god.
